March 26th, 2014
It's the end of the school year of 2013-2014, this means one year of french learning as come to an end.
At the beginning of the year I set a goal for myself in french class, "I want to get better in most areas of french because I need to learn more because I don't know that much. I want to improve in my writing, understanding and pronunciation in french."
I think that I've improved in learning and understanding new vocabulary.
In every quiz or test there is a writing part and I never got full points, and from this I can tell that I need to improve in this area. My writing is not as strong as some of my other areas, and I know it. Specifically, I need to imrpve in using the right words in the right place of a sentence.
I find that it was very helpful to have the same textbook, workbook and quizzes from the same brand. Because it has the same information that you focus on for a while until you move on. It makes it very easy to learn and memorise the information in that chapter.
There is always space to improve and learn more. I think that I can improve by getting more help from my parents or maybe even go to extra classes. I really want to improve in my french because it will help me in the future. So I want to try my best when learning french.
But I find french, actually quiet challenging at some points. And making sure that I know what I'm reading or saying. I am having some difficult points when learning different things in french, but I always try to figure things out with different recourses and get help if needed.
